Application

The very thin AluPRO two-core heating mat, with aluminum foil on both sides, is particularly suitable as a supplementary heating system for improved thermal comfort. The heating mat is designed for use under removable floor coverings, from laminate and other imitation wooden floors to parquet or carpet.

Installation

Installation of the AluPRO heating mat is very simple, as it is a floating installation without glue. Before installation, the floor only needs to be covered with a resistant and temperature-resistant impact sound insulation or a soft floor insulation.

Structure

The AluPRO heating mat consists of two very thin heating conductors, shielded and embedded between two reinforced aluminum foils. The heating cable is arranged in a meandering pattern, so that the cable-to-cable distance is uniform. The aluminum foil distributes the heat evenly so that there are no hot spots. The heating mat can be installed on either side, as there is no predefined top or bottom.
